Refund policy
We work hard to ensure our garlic, seeds, and other products are of high quality, and we always want our customers to be satisfied with what they have ordered. Everything you receive should be in good condition. If you receive mouldy cloves or any damaged products, notify us immediately (including a picture) within three days. We will either refund the cost or send you new bulbs (depending on availability).
If garlic bulbs, seeds or other products are returned for any reason, they must be in original good condition and received by Garlic Boy Seeds within 10 days. A 25% restocking fee will be charged, and all shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund of the remainder will be given. No garlic orders can be returned to us after October 1st.
Due to the harsh nature of Northern climates and the many variables involved in growing agricultural crops, we only guarantee that the garlic bulbs or other seeds you order will be in good condition upon receipt. Garlic Boy Seeds is not responsible for any damage or degradation that occurs after the customer receives their order, or for the results of the crops grown from our bulbs or seed. This includes (but is not limited to) damage during storage, cracking, planting or growing.
Garlic Boy Seeds warrants that the seed or other goods we sell conform to the label or container descriptions within recognized tolerances, but makes no other warranties, express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for purpose or otherwise.
Our Liability, whether contractual, in negligence, on warranty, or otherwise, is absolutely limited to the purchase price of such seed or goods and may not be altered except in writing, signed by Garlic Boy Seeds. By acceptance of seed or goods, the buyer accepts these conditions.
